Class Descriptions
Ashtanga - A series of postures designed to release toxins, build strength, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Flow - Classes integrate breath, movement and alignment into a flowing sequence. Varied levels of each pose are presented in stages allowing each student to takes poses appropriate for his/her level. Be ready to sweat. Basics - Beginner. Basics yoga postures a taught with careful attention to breath and form. Gentle - Nurturing for people of all ages. This class provides a comfortable environment for relaxation after a long day.
